The Concept.

They say all good things come to an end... so we’ll only be live and cooking for a few shiny days. Our temporary restaurant will be whisked away long before it tires or the paint peels from the walls.
But the hope is that ‘The Hart & Fuggle’ becomes a blue print and that we can pop up elsewhere in the future; pulling together those that love art and those that love to eat.
About us
Georgina Fuggle (nee Foottit) and Alice Hart met at (Leiths) cookery school seven years ago and have continued to work in food ever since; as chefs and, in the publishing world, as food stylists, writers and food editors. Georgina is currently a food editor based at a publishing house on the South bank and Alice has recently moved from her position as food editor at Waitrose Food Illustrated magazine to concentrate on writing a book for Quadrille.
